Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Open to PAN India)

Interview Mode: Virtual Interview

Shift: Rotational, including US/night shifts

CTC: Up to 35k CTC

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of relevant BPO experience or freshers with positive communication skills

Typing speed of 36 WPM with 85% accuracy

Excellent English communication skills

Willingness to relocate and comfortable for Ahmedabad upon selection

Comfortable working in US/night shifts

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers.

Resolve customer queries and provide effective support.

Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Document customer interactions and meet performance targets.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Joining Dates: 9th November and 18th November 2026
