- Experience in US IT recruitment or freshers with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of US staffing, technical sourcing, and candidate screening is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the US night shift.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

2. US IT Recruitment Team Lead

- Proven experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
- Ability to lead and manage an existing recruitment team.
- Experience handling client requirements, sourcing strategies, submissions, and closures.
- Solid knowledge of US staffing processes, job portals, and Boolean searches.
- Must be capable of managing a team and driving recruitment targets.
