We're Hiring: Pricing Executive – Air & Sea Export

Department: Pricing / Freight Forwarding

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Pricing Executive with hands-on experience in Air & Sea Export Pricing within the freight forwarding industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of freight rate procurement, quotation preparation, FCL/LCL pricing, vendor coordination, and international shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily Air & Sea Export pricing enquiries from the Sales team.
- Procure competitive freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and logistics vendors.
- Prepare accurate and competitive customer quotations.
- Manage FCL and LCL export pricing requirements.
- Calculate freight costs, local charges, surcharges, transportation costs, and profit margins.
- Negotiate freight rates and commercial terms with carriers and vendors.
- Maintain updated freight rate sheets, tariffs, and pricing databases.
- Monitor market trends and freight rates to ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams for pricing-related activities.
- Provide timely pricing solutions for urgent enquiries and new business opportunities.




- Follow up on quotations and support the Sales team in converting business.
- Maintain records of quotations, vendor rates, and pricing history.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and overseas agents.
- Recommend cost-effective routing options based on customer requirements.
- Prepare pricing comparisons, analysis, and periodic reports for management.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience in Air & Sea Export Pricing within the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, FCL, and LCL.
- Understanding of freight rates, local charges, surcharges, and international shipping processes.
- Experience in rate procurement, vendor negotiation, and quotation preparation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple pricing enquiries.
