Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B Lead Generation

Job Overview

The Business Development Executive will generate B2B leads through direct company visits, identify business software requirements, collect decision-maker information, and coordinate product demonstrations with the sales and pre-sales teams. The role requires daily field activity, disciplined follow-ups, accurate CRM updates, and achievement of targets for visits, qualified leads, demos, and closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit companies in assigned territories, including industrial areas, commercial buildings, IT parks, business parks, hospitals, hotels, retail offices, educational institutions, factories, warehouses, and corporate offices.
- Identify businesses that may benefit from 9FINITE SOLUTIONS software products and services.
- Meet business owners, decision-makers, senior managers, and relevant HR, Admin, Finance, or Payroll teams.
- Introduce 9FINITE SOLUTIONS and explain the benefits of its platforms at a high level.
- Collect company details, decision-maker names, contact numbers, email addresses, business-process information, pain points, and software requirements.
- Generate qualified B2B leads and schedule product demonstrations with the sales or pre-sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and repeat visits.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and update CRM records with accurate lead statuses and follow-up notes.
- Build and maintain a local database of potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Support senior sales team members with proposal follow-ups, commercial discussions, and deal closure.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for field visits, lead generation, product demos, and sales closures.

Daily Activity Expectations





- Visit 10 companies per day.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through direct market visits.
- Schedule product demonstrations with interested prospects.
- Update CRM daily with visit details, lead status, and next steps.
- Submit daily field activity reports to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

- 0–5 years of experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, B2B sales, corporate sales, SaaS sales, HR services, payroll services, ERP sales, telecom, banking, insurance, office automation, or business software sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in field sales are eligible to apply.
- Basic knowledge of ERP software is mandatory.
- Comfortable with daily market visits and direct company walk-ins.
- Good communication skills in English and the relevant local language.
- Confidence in approaching new people, starting conversations, and engaging decision-makers.
- Robust follow-up discipline and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of generating leads independently.
- Basic understanding of ERP, inventory management, HR, payroll, or business software.
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
