What You'll Be Doing:

- Welcome patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
- Manage registration, appointment scheduling, basic billing, and payment records.
- Guide patients through consultation, diagnostic, and optical areas.
- Coordinate closely with doctors and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Assist with basic patient support,



including eye drop instillation when needed.

What We're Looking For:

- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in front office, reception, billing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
- Skills: Strong communication, basic computer proficiency, and a patient-first attitude.

Compensation & Details:

Salary: As per Industry Standards (commensurate with skills, qualifications, and performance).

Location: KIIT Square, Patia, Bhubaneswar

Role: Full-time
