Role Description The Merchandiser role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and presenting product assortments, ensuring optimal stock levels, and maintaining attractive and organized displays in retail environments. This role involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams, analyzing customer preferences and sales data, and implementing merchandising strategies to drive product visibility and revenue.



The Merchandiser will also monitor competitor activities, support promotional campaigns, and maintain strong relationships with store staff and stakeholders to ensure consistent brand representation.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with store teams and shoppers.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to support in-store promotions, product placement, and conversion of customer interest into purchases.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to assist in executing visual merchandising plans, promotional activities, and brand-aligned displays.
- Candidates should have basic analytical and planning abilities for inventory management, sales tracking, and merchandising strategy adjustments.
- Relevant experience in merchandising, retail operations, or FMCG/e-commerce environments is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple stores or locations, and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
