Job Summary

Reechd Co is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn. You will manage ad budgets, track customer acquisition metrics and turn campaign data into real business growth. You'll work closely with our designers, content creators and sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

- Plan and run campaigns for leads, conversions and awareness
- Build and test custom, lookalike and retargeting audiences
- Manage Lead Form and Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns
- A/B test creatives, copy and audiences

Google Ads

- Manage Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns
- Handle keyword research, bidding and conversion tracking
- Improve Quality Score, CPC and conversion rates

LinkedIn Ads

Run B2B lead generation and awareness campaigns

- Target by job title, industry, company size and seniority
- Keep cost per lead under control with sharp targeting

Campaign Management

- Plan budget allocation across platforms and optimise spend




- Analyse performance trends and act on them quickly
- Coordinate with designers, content creators and the sales team
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Robust working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Experience in budget allocation and campaign optimisation
- Solid understanding of customer acquisition metrics: CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, CAC and ROAS
- Ability to spot trends in campaign performance
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Meta, Google Ads or LinkedIn Marketing certifications
- Agency experience handling multiple client accounts
- Candidates based in Kerala are preferred
