We are looking for an experienced Lead – Sales & Technical Trainer for a leading jewellery retail organisation. We are seeking a professional who combines strong technical knowledge of jewellery with the ability to train retail teams, strengthen product expertise, and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct technical training on gold, diamonds, gemstones and jewellery craftsmanship.

Train store teams on product knowledge, sales storytelling, upselling and cross-selling.

Develop training modules, learning materials, assessments and certification programmes.

Conduct store visits, on-the-job coaching and competency evaluations.

Improve key retail metrics, including conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT).





Monitor training effectiveness and share performance reports with management.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of relevant jewellery-sector training or education experience.

Strong knowledge of gold, diamond grading, gemstones and jewellery craftsmanship.

Experience training jewellery retail sales teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

GIA / IGI / IIGJ certifications in gemology, diamonds, or jewellery are preferred.
