What You'll Do:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and internal databases

• Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates for open positions

• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Assist recruiters with candidate management and hiring processes

• Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers





• Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives

Who Should Apply:

• Freshers, recent graduates, or students interested in HR and recruitment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Detail-oriented and organised
