Job Overview

Virtue America is looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement analysis and sourcing to offer coordination and onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean searches, and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit for Non-IT positions across Finance, Healthcare, Administration, and related domains.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of US hiring terms, including W2, 1099, C2C, USC, GC, and H1B.




- Coordinate with Account Managers and manage candidate submissions through VMS/MSP portals.
- Discuss pay rates, coordinate offers, and manage hiring documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and requirement details in ATS platforms.

Required Qualifications

- 3–8 years of experience in US staffing, preferably in Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing practices, employment classifications, and visa categories.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn or JobDiva.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Solid English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Willingness to work from the office during the US night shift.
