Join an established, high-growth institutional brokerage and be part of a growing Equity Institutional Desk focused on building strong relationships with global investors and expanding its FPI business.
We are looking for a motivated and relationship-oriented professional with experience in institutional equity sales and a good understanding of the Indian equity markets. The role offers an chance to work closely with Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs), develop client relationships and contribute directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with FPIs, global asset managers, hedge funds and other institutional investors.
- Generate brokerage business by increasing client engagement, trading activity and wallet share.
- Share relevant market insights, investment ideas and research with clients.
- Coordinate with the trading,
research and execution teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the institutional equities franchise.
- Ensure timely client servicing while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience in institutional equity sales, preferably with exposure to FPI clients.
- Good understanding of Indian equity markets and institutional trading.
- Strong relationship-building, communication and business development skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded individual who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment.
