BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – BITUMEN

Location: Delhi / NCR

CTC: 6,00,000 – 12,00,000 per annum

INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!

We are looking for experienced sales professionals from the Bitumen, Asphalt, Road Construction Materials, or Infrastructure Industry.

Candidates with relevant industry knowledge, an established customer network, and a proven track record in Bitumen sales will be given preference. Candidates from unrelated industries without relevant experience are not suitable for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop new business opportunities and expand Bitumen sales.

Build strong relationships with road contractors, infrastructure companies, and existing customers.

Identify new markets, generate leads, and acquire new customers.

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.

Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable sales deals.

Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.





Maintain long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of relevant experience in the Bitumen / Asphalt / Road Construction Materials Industry.

Solid understanding of Bitumen products, applications, pricing, and market dynamics.

Existing industry contacts and customer relationships will be a major advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel for business development.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
