About the Role
We are hiring Tamil / Malayalam Customer Support Executives for a domestic voice process based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
The selected candidates will handle customer interactions primarily in Tamil or Malayalam, along with English where required. The role involves addressing customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving basic concerns, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity. Freshers and experienced candidates with the required language and communication skills are welcome to apply.

Language Requirements
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Tamil or Malayalam.
Average to good English communication skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and understand their queries.

Salary and Relocation Benefits
Monthly CTC: 25,000
Initial In-Hand Salary: Approximately 19,000 per month
In-Hand Salary After 3 Months: Approximately 21,500 per month, subject to applicable salary structure and deductions.
Relocation Bonus: 10,000 after completing 90 days of employment, subject to eligibility and company terms and conditions.
Travel Assistance: Travel ticket assistance as per applicable company policy.
Accommodation: Up to 7 days of accommodation after relocation,



subject to applicable company policy and eligibility.
Note: The in-hand salary, relocation benefits, travel assistance, and accommodation are subject to the employer's applicable policies, eligibility criteria, and terms and conditions.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Undergraduates are eligible.
Candidates must be proficient in Tamil or Malayalam.
Average to good English communication skills are required.
Candidates must be willing to work from the office in Indore.
Willingness to work in day/night rotational shifts is essential.
Candidates relocating to Indore are welcome to apply.
Candidates must be comfortable working 6 days per week.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries in Tamil or Malayalam and use English wherever required.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
Guide customers through relevant service-related procedures and processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
Follow established process guidelines, quality standards, and customer service protocols.




Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.
Meet assigned performance, productivity, quality, and service-level targets.
Maintain professional communication and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Interview Process
Initial interview conducted online.
Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the subsequent selection steps.
Selected candidates will receive further communication regarding documentation and joining formalities.
