Job Description – Regional HR Manager Position: Regional HR Manager Location: Mumbai / Ahmedabad Experience: 5–8 Years Industry: Banking / Financial Services (Preferred, but not mandatory) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional HR Manager to manage and oversee HR operations across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws. Key Responsibilities  Manage end-to-end HR operations across the assigned region.  Handle recruitment, manpower planning, and workforce management for regional branches.  Drive employee engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction initiatives.  Monitor performance management processes, appraisals, and employee development.  Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures across all branches.  Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.  Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.  Coordinate with branch managers and senior management regarding HR-related matters.  Track HR metrics, prepare MIS reports, and analyse employee turnover and recruitment data.



 Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.  Support onboarding, employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.  Conduct regular branch visits to ensure smooth HR operations and policy implementation. Required Skills  Strong knowledge of HR operations and regional HR management.  Expertise in recruitment and manpower planning.  Positive understanding of employee engagement and retention strategies.  Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.  Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.  Ability to manage multiple branches and regional stakeholders.  Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR MIS reporting.  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  Eligibility Criteria  Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a regional or multi-location HR role.  Experience in the banking or financial services industry will be an advantage but is not mandatory.  Candidates with experience managing HR operations across multiple branches or locations are preferred. .
