Location: Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore
Mandatory Experience: Insurance Distribution, partnership management, contract transitions or business integration, ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex negotiations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end transition of distribution agreements with financial advisers, brokers, tied agents and bancassurance partners.
- Manage the review, negotiation, approval, signing and storage of agreements, addenda, letters and related documents.
- Identify and resolve contractual, legal, regulatory, conduct, operational, branding and data-protection issues.
- Coordinate Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, IT, Product, Distribution and external partners to deliver the transition.
