Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365.- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and communication protocols related to collaboration platforms.- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within enterprise communication environments.- Experience in managing and implementing Requests for Change to minimize operational disruptions.- Familiarity with vendor management and coordinating with external service providers for issue resolution.
