Hiring: Senior UAV Pilot & Systems Engineer

Location: Sector 155, Noida

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced UAV Pilot & Systems Engineer to conduct UAV flight testing, prototype trials, system integration, and performance evaluation. The role involves working closely with engineering teams to test and improve UAV performance.

Key Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Aerospace, Avionics, Electronics, or a related engineering field.

- 5 8 years of relevant experience in UAV flight testing and systems engineering.

- Hands-on experience in UAV piloting, prototype testing, and flight trials.

- Knowledge of UAV systems, avionics, flight controllers, navigation, and telemetry.

- Experience in flight log analysis, troubleshooting, and system integration.

- Familiarity with PX4, ArduPilot, multirotor, fixed-wing, or VTOL UAVs is preferred.

- UAV pilot certification or authorization is preferred.

Key Responsibilities





- Plan and conduct UAV flight tests and prototype trials.

- Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure safe operations.

- Monitor telemetry, analyze flight logs, and evaluate flight performance.

- Test stability, endurance, range, navigation, and payload performance.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and support system integration with engineering teams.

- Document test results and provide feedback for design improvements.

- Follow flight safety procedures and relevant regulations.
