ServiceNow ITSM Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow ITSM Administrator responsible for administering, configuring, maintaining, and supporting the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of core ITSM modules, user and access administration, platform configuration, troubleshooting, and ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Configure and support core ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Manage user accounts, groups, roles, access permissions, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
- Configure and maintain forms, fields, lists, views, notifications, UI Policies, UI Actions, and assignment rules.
- Manage Service Catalog items, request workflows, approvals, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support CMDB data maintenance, configuration item (CI) accuracy, and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, testing, update sets, and configuration deployments across instances.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor ITSM performance and SLA compliance.
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications, where required.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and platform administration procedures.
- Collaborate with IT operations, developers, process owners, and business stakeholders to improve service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3 8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow administration and ITSM platform support.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Experience in user administration, role management, ACLs, forms, tables, workflows, and platform configuration.
- Knowledge of Service Catalog,



notifications, approvals, SLAs, and reporting.
- Troubleshooting skills and experience supporting production environments.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting for configuration and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of update sets, instance management, and change/release processes.
- Robust communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Exposure to Flow Designer and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- Exposure to CMDB, Discovery, or IT Asset Management.
- Experience supporting platform upgrades and regression testing

ServiceNow ITSM Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Technical Developer / Consultant to deliver complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices and maintain platform integrity.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.




- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, demos, and proposal development.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3-8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.

- Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments. - 2+ Years

- Required:
- Junior CSA and at least 1 CIS-(any) and CAD
- Intermediate CSA and at least 2 CIS-(any) and CAD
- Senior CAS and at least 3 CIS(Any) and CAD
