Job Description:

- Act as the primary point of contact between SSC and regional

- stakeholders for service delivery, operational priorities and evolving

- business requirements.

- Oversee regional service performance against agreed SLAs and

- KPIs, coordinating timely resolution of key service issues and

- escalations.

- Drive continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency and

- effectiveness in partnership with BEEC service delivery and

- transformation teams.

- Coordinate capacity and manpower planning with SSC teams and

- HR to align staffing with regional service demand and planned

- requirements.

- Ensure readiness of teams supporting the region through

- appropriate onboarding, induction, training and access to required

- knowledge, systems and technology.

- Support expansion of the SSC service catalogue by identifying and

- coordinating opportunities to transition additional services and

- upstream or downstream activities.





- Provide Finance & Accounting oversight across services delivered to

- the region, supported by solid understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R,

- real-estate accounting and financial reporting.

- Drive effective adoption of technology, automation and new ways of

- working to improve regional service delivery and stakeholder

- experience.

- Coordinate regional requirements, priorities, dependencies and

- changes with relevant SSC functional and enablement teams.

- Oversee appropriate cost charging and timely billing for services

- delivered to the region.

- Maintain strong relationships with regional leadership and

- functional stakeholders, ensuring effective communication,

- alignment and expectation management.

- Provide visibility of service performance, capacity, risks, issues,

- improvement initiatives and emerging regional requirements to

- relevant leadership
