Job Description

Purpose-

- To enable business with insightful data / analytics for key decision making related to Super Speciality Business, Ecom and Retail Business
- To have adequate financial oversight and controls on Business operations
- To ensure robust governance and control mechanism’s are established
- Effective business partnering and drive growth and profitability of business

Responsibility

- Support the business in preparation of annual operating plan and identify levers for revenue,mix and margin improvement opportunities. Annula Business size-1000Cr
- Closely work with business teams to ideate, strategize, and help them achieve the Annual Operating Plan
- Closely working with BU’s to track their performance, support them with insightful data & analytics and drive the efficiency of business




- Approval for pricing, discount and trade schemes and establishing guidelines
- Effective business partnering and supporting business in day to day operations
- Monitoring overall functioning of internal controls & process, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate controls & process to facilitate smooth business functioning
- Drive simplification & automation of processes and lead the projects
- Enhancing governance mechanism’s and improving the overall business hygiene
- Regular market visits to gain insight on the business

- Monthly book closing activities
