Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance of analytical instruments.
- Prepare, maintain, and update PM schedules in SAP.
- Generate, monitor, and close PM work orders and breakdown notifications in SAP.
- Develop and maintain task lists for analytical instruments.
- Ensure synchronization of PM schedules with calibration schedules.
- Manage maintenance records, PM documents, SOPs, and task lists.
- Coordinate instrument breakdown troubleshooting and restoration activities.
- Maintain critical spare parts inventory and warehouse stock.
- Generate STO requests and coordinate procurement of spares.
- Handle spare part code creation and extension activities.
- Obtain quotations and coordinate with vendors for spare procurement.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, Data Integrity, and Safety requirements.
- Participate in technical, SOP, and CGMP training programs.
- Support laboratory operations by minimizing equipment downtime.
