Key Responsibilities

- Welcome arriving guests, support registration and coordinate check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer front-desk and telephone enquiries professionally and direct requests to the correct departments.
- Update guest information and room status accurately within hotel systems.
- Coordinate with housekeeping on room readiness, arrivals, departures and priority requests.
- Support billing, payment handling and documentation under hotel policies.
- Respond thoughtfully to guest needs and escalate exceptional requests or complaints appropriately.
- Maintain shift handovers, service logs, privacy and property safety standards.
- Help guests discover resort experiences and local Agra attractions.

Relevant Skills and Experience

- Guest-facing hotel reception or front-office experience is an advantage.
- Confident and courteous communication, guest service and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with property-management and reservation systems is helpful.




- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain discretion during busy shifts.
