DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is hiring a Chef De Partie – Western at its Sarjapur Road hotel in Bengaluru. Run the Western cuisine kitchen section and support consistent cooking, food safety and effective daily service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Western dishes, sauces, sides and garnishes to agreed presentation standards.
- Plan mise en place and organise equipment and ingredients before service.
- Coordinate breakfast, buffet, à la carte and event requirements with senior chefs.
- Ensure correct storage, safe temperatures and careful allergen handling.
- Monitor portions, ingredient rotation and waste reduction within the section.
- Guide junior culinary team members and report supply or equipment needs.

Skills and Experience

- Experience with Western cuisine in a hotel or comparable professional kitchen.
- Knowledge of stocks,



sauces, cooking techniques and consistent plating.
- Ability to manage service timing and supervise junior colleagues.
- Understanding of hygiene, kitchen organisation and food safety.
