Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide helpful arrival, orientation and resort information.
- Anticipate and follow through on individual preferences and special occasion requests.
- Coordinate with front office, concierge, housekeeping and food and beverage teams.
- Help arrange guest amenities and communicate experiences available at the resort.
- Listen attentively to feedback, document concerns and escalate service recovery needs.
- Follow privacy, safeguarding, courtesy and service etiquette procedures.
- Maintain accurate guest preference and service follow-up records within approved systems.
- Support smooth guest departures by checking whether requests were resolved.

Relevant Skills and Experience

- Hospitality guest relations, concierge or front office experience is useful.
- Excellent listening skills, empathy, professional communication and discretion.
- Awareness of Agra attractions and hotel experiences is an advantage.




- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle requests calmly.
