Position and Department

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare restaurant, lounge or event service stations and table settings before opening.
- Welcome guests and provide professional menu and dining assistance.
- Record orders clearly and coordinate preparation and timing with the culinary team.
- Serve food and beverages following approved service and hygiene procedures.
- Escalate dietary needs and allergen enquiries for accurate kitchen confirmation.
- Maintain cleanliness, stock supplies and complete service opening and closing duties.
- Support billing, point-of-sale and guest requests as assigned.
- Work respectfully with supervisors and teammates during dining and banquet service.

Relevant Skills and Experience

- Restaurant, hotel or banquet food and beverage experience is an advantage.
- Good guest communication, positive service attitude and teamwork.
- Awareness of food hygiene, allergen procedures and service etiquette.
- Ability to learn menus and service steps and handle multiple priorities.
