Welcome hotel guests, support check-in and check-out procedures, maintain accurate reservations information and respond to guest enquiries at Vivanta Ekta Nagar.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests professionally and assist with arrival and departure procedures.
- Manage routine reception records, reservation queries and guest requests.
- Coordinate room status, luggage and service details with relevant hotel teams.
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities and nearby attractions.
- Handle calls and guest communications courteously and efficiently.
- Follow data privacy, payment security and document handling procedures.
- Escalate complaints or exceptional requests to the team leader or duty manager.
- Maintain a neat front-office environment and accurate shift handovers.

Skills and Relevant Experience

- Guest service,



reception or hospitality experience is useful, though suitability is assessed by the hotel.
- Clear spoken and written communication and courteous customer interaction.
- Confidence using computers and learning hotel systems.
- Organisation, attention to detail and flexibility during busy service periods.
- Guest-focused communication, professional integrity and willingness to collaborate with diverse colleagues.
- Ability to work an on-site, full-time hospitality schedule as determined by hotel operations.
