KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Find new business opportunities and generate leads

· Client meetings, site visits and requirement discussions

· Coordinate with design/estimation teams for quotations

· Follow up, negotiate and close orders

· Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat orders

· Track market trends, competitor rates and recent projects

· Maintain company profile, portfolio and online presence

· Send weekly reports on enquiries, quotes and conversions

IDEAL CANDIDATE





· Diploma or B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical); MBA in Marketing is a plus

· Knows PEB basics and can read layout drawings

· Can prepare basic rate-per-kg / per-sq-ft quotations

· Good communication in Hindi, Bengali and English

· Owns a two-wheeler or four-wheeler and is willing to travel

· Comfortable with Excel, email, WhatsApp and CRM
