Job Description – Process Specialist (Order Management)

We are looking for experienced professionals with hands-on experience in Order Management, Order to Cash (O2C), Quote to Order (Q2O), and Agreement/Contract Management to join our team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

Support sales teams with quotes, orders, amendments, pricing sheets, vendor quotes, and agreements.

Manage O2C and Q2O process activities.

Handle contract management, quote management, pricing, licensee details, and reports.

Resolve complex process-related issues and perform root cause analysis.

Use knowledge-base resources to troubleshoot customer and internal queries.

Prepare training materials, work instructions, and process documentation.

Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.





Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve service requests on time.

Maintain process accuracy and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant BPO experience.

Hands-on experience in Order Management, O2C, and Q2O processes.

Knowledge of L2S, agreements, contracts, amendments, pricing, and reports.

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Client-facing experience is an advantage.

Training and process documentation experience is preferred.
