Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Mevaloorkuppam, Sriperumbudur

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Haas/Makino CNC VMC, Sodick/Rijuon Wire Cut EDM, conventional lathe, and surface grinding machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and PLC-related faults in CNC machines.
- Maintain spindle, servo drives, motors, ball screws, sensors, control panels, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose Wire Cut EDM wire feeding/breakage issues, flushing systems, and machine alarms.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of air compressors, air dryers, and compressed-air systems.
- Read electrical schematics and troubleshoot CNC alarms, PLC inputs/outputs, and interlocking systems.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and spare-parts records.




- Ensure machine reliability, minimize downtime, and follow maintenance safety procedures.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
- Robust experience in CNC VMC and Wire Cut EDM maintenance.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronics, and basic PLC troubleshooting.
- Experience in compressor maintenance and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams and use testing instruments.
- Tool room, precision machining, automotive components, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Haas, Makino, and Sodick machines is an added advantage.
