**We're Hiring: Team Leader – Vessel Scheduling**

**Location:** Mumbai, India

**Experience:** 6–10 Years

**Leadership Experience:** Minimum 2+ years in a Team Lead / Supervisory role

**Industry:** Container Shipping / Maritime Logistics

**Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Vessel Scheduling to lead vessel scheduling operations and ensure accurate, timely maintenance of vessel schedules across global liner shipping networks.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead the team and manage daily workload, shift coverage, and SLA performance.

- Oversee vessel schedules, voyage creation, port rotations, ETB/ETD updates, and schedule amendments.

- Ensure schedule accuracy, data quality, and compliance with operational SOPs.

- Coordinate with global network teams, port operations, cargo operations, and other stakeholders.

- Monitor KPIs, productivity, backlogs, and operational quality.

- Handle escalations, resolve scheduling issues,



and drive continuous process improvements.

- Train, coach, and develop team members.

**Required Skills & Experience**

- 6–10 years of experience in container shipping, vessel scheduling, network operations, or maritime logistics.

- Minimum 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.

- Strong knowledge of vessel scheduling, voyage management, port rotations, berth planning, and cut-off management.

- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and Power Query.

- Experience with FIS/FIS3, vessel scheduling platforms, Power BI, or equivalent shipping systems.

- Robust stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

**Education:** Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
