Role Description The Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position located in Satara Taluka. The Supervisor will oversee daily hotel operations within their assigned area, including monitoring staff performance, managing work schedules, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities, supporting guest service teams, and resolving operational issues promptly and professionally. The Supervisor will also assist in training team members, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards,



and collaborating with management to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated supervisory or team lead experience in hospitality, hotel management, or a related customer service environment.
- Strong skills in staff coordination, shift scheduling, and performance monitoring to support smooth daily operations.
- Proficiency in guest service, conflict resolution, and communication, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints calmly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of hotel procedures, safety and hygiene standards, and front-office or housekeeping operations.
- Ability to work in office in Satara Taluka, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays as required.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high service standards.
- Relevant education in hospitality, hotel management, or business is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Comfort with using email and basic digital tools to coordinate with HR and management teams.
