Job Description – Hyperion Administrator & HFM Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Hyperion Administrators and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Consultants with 8–15 years of experience in managing, administering, maintaining, and supporting Oracle Hyperion EPM applications. The ideal candidates should have robust technical expertise in Hyperion administration, HFM application support, troubleshooting, and financial consolidation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle Hyperion EPM applications, including HFM.
- Manage user access, security, roles, and application provisioning.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application, server, and connectivity issues.
- Support HFM application maintenance, metadata updates, rules, workflows, and consolidation processes.
- Perform application deployments, migrations, backups, and environment refreshes.
- Work on incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.
- Collaborate with finance, infrastructure, database, and application teams.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
- Ensure application stability,



security, availability, and performance.

Required Skills

- 8–15 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion EPM technologies.
- Strong experience in Hyperion Administration and/or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- Knowledge of HFM architecture, application configuration, metadata, rules, and consolidation.
- Experience with user provisioning, security management, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Hyperion infrastructure, application servers, and database connectivity.
- Experience in production support, incident management, and performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle Hyperion EPM upgrades, migrations, and patching.
- Exposure to related tools such as FDMEE, Smart View, and other Hyperion EPM components.
- Experience supporting enterprise financial reporting and consolidation environments.

Work Location: Pan India

Note: Candidates should have hands-on experience relevant to Hyperion Administration or HFM, with a strong understanding of enterprise financial systems.
