ABOUT GATEWAY:

Gateway is being built as Emversity's international career mobility platform. It creates education, training and upskilling pathways that enable students and professionals to pursue employment, internships or further education abroad. Emversity | International BD Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an International BD Manager to build Gateway's international employer and placement network. The primary responsibility is easy:



Create genuine international job opportunities that Gateway can build programs around. The role will initially focus on the GCC, with scope to expand into other international markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own international employer partnerships across GCC, Cruise, Hospitality, Retail & F&B.;

• Identify and secure international hiring requirements and vacancies.

• Build the employer pipeline and negotiate commercial partnerships.

• Manage interviews, selections and offers with employers.

• Coordinate with Operations for candidate deployment.

• Drive repeat hiring and long-term employer relationships.

• Own KPIs: Vacancies, Offers, Deployments and Employer Partnerships.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

■ Confirmed international vacancies

■ New employer partnerships activated

■ Interviews scheduled

■ Offers generated

■ Offer → Deployment conversion

■ Successful international deployments

■ Employer repeat hiring

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 5–10 years of experience in International Business Development, Overseas Recruitment, Staffing or B2B Sales.

• Strong GCC employer network preferred.

• Experience dealing with HR, Talent Acquisition and Operations leaders.

• Proven ability to acquire B2B clients and generate manpower requirements.

• Experience in international recruitment/placement strongly preferred. • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

• Strong understanding of international hiring processes. • Comfortable travelling internationally when required.
