Key Responsibilities :

1. Perform bank,



intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations.
2. Handle cash accounting, fixed assets, accruals, and general ledger activities.
3. Execute month-end and year-end closing activities.
4. Support financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance.
5. Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and adherence to applicable GAAP standards.
6. Identify discrepancies, resolve accounting issues, and maintain accurate financial records.
7. Team Lead: Oversee RTR operations, review deliverables, allocate team tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements.
