The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Experience in application configuration and customization using low-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of software release management and version control processes.
- Ability to integrate and utilize APIs effectively within packaged or SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques to maintain system stability and performance.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
