Wayinia Lifesciences is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager-South to join our team and drive business growth across south India and neighboring countries, including Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our management team, you will:

- Drive Regional Sales: Lead sales management and execution across the South India region, reporting directly to the Director.
- Shape Regional Strategy: Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy and spearhead the strategic growth plan for South India and Sri Lanka.
- Accelerate Growth: Take full ownership of business and organizational growth within your assigned territory.
- Brand Development: Build and promote the Wayinia brand responsibly and effectively within your market.

What You Bring

- Mandatory Background:A strict requirement of a proven background in the Renal or Transplant sector. Candidates without direct experience in these specific areas will not be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years explicitly focused on the transplant or renal sector.
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of and passion for the nephrology and transplant sectors.
- Track Record: A proven history of successfully closing business deals and developing innovative commercial strategies.
