Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Agent role based in Current Delhi. The Travel Agent will handle end-to-end travel arrangements for internal teams and clients, including flight, hotel, and car rental bookings. Daily responsibilities include managing reservations systems, confirming itineraries, processing changes or cancellations, and ensuring accurate documentation of travel details. The role involves providing responsive customer service, addressing travel-related queries, resolving issues, and coordinating with vendors to secure the best options and rates. The Travel Agent will also support travel-related sales activities, maintain records, and work closely with other departments to align travel plans with project timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong reservations and travel arrangements skills,



including experience with booking systems and itinerary management.
- Proven customer service capabilities, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Experience with car rental coordination and related logistics to support comprehensive travel solutions.
- Sales skills related to travel services, including presenting options, negotiating rates, and closing bookings.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience as a Travel Agent or in the travel and hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with common travel booking platforms and basic computer literacy (MS Office or equivalent).
