Role Description The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The individual in this role will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, supporting career development programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will partner with leadership to address workforce planning needs, manage employee relations,



and promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, preparing reports, and recommending process improvements to support organizational growth.
