- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback.
- Drive revenue, upselling, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain service standards, discipline, and SOP compliance.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in premium restaurants, bars, or brewpubs.
- Solid leadership, communication, and guest-handling skills.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations and team management.
