Associate Director - HR Business Partner [Technology]
Location: Hyderabad/Chennai
We are looking for a hands-on, grounded People Partner to support Technology Teams. This role combines strong execution with strategic input and requires close collaboration with business leaders to drive people initiatives, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end HR support with a strong focus on execution
- Partner with leaders on hiring, workforce planning, and org design
- Translate employee survey insights into actionable outcomes
- Drive change management and transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with US PBPs to align on global priorities
- Contribute to people strategy and business-led ideation
- Experience on using workforce insights to help leaders redesign work, build future-critical skills, enable AI adoption and shape a resilient, future-ready workforce.
What We're Looking:
- 12–15+ years of HR Business Partnering experience
- Solid experience supporting technology-focused BUs with Large Headcounts (1800+)
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to influence and drive actions in a dynamic environment
