Job Overview

We are looking for skilled CAE Engineers with hands-on experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), meshing, and simulation using HyperMesh and LS-DYNA. Candidates with experience in automotive seating systems, seat structures, sub-systems, and component-level analysis are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for automotive seating systems, sub-systems, and components.
- Develop 2D and 3D meshes and create simulation-ready finite element models.
- Use HyperMesh for pre-processing, meshing, and model preparation.
- Perform simulations using LS-DYNA and support post-processing and result interpretation.
- Work with Altair HyperWorks, LS-PrePost, MSC-NASTRAN, and Altair HyperView.
- Analyze simulation results and support design validation and optimization.




- Ensure compliance with applicable automotive seating regulations and OEM requirements.
- Follow relevant quality standards, including TS 16949/IATF 16949, and basic environmental management practices.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in HyperMesh and LS-DYNA.
- Practical experience in FEA and finite element modelling.
- Positive knowledge of 2D/3D meshing techniques.
- Experience with Altair HyperWorks and LS-PrePost.
- Familiarity with MSC-NASTRAN and Altair HyperView.
- Automotive seating system experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of seating safety regulations and OEM specifications is an advantage.
- Good communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Mandatory Selection Requirements

- Willingness to relocate to Pune.
- Strong practical knowledge of HyperMesh and LS-DYNA.
- Candidates must have both HyperMesh and LS-DYNA installed on their laptops for the mandatory technical tool test.
