Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 59 years software engineering
- 2-3 years exposure to AI/ML development
- Core Skills:
- Strong Python (must-have)
- Experience building APIs and data pipelines
- AI Capabilities:
- Hands-on with:
- Prompt engineering (system prompts, structured outputs)
- Using LLM APIs (OpenAI, etc.)
- Familiarity with:
- RAG pipelines
- Basic evaluation techniques
- Data Skills:
- Experience working with:
- JSON, document parsing, ETL pipelines
- Ability to clean and structure messy enterprise data
- What Valuable Looks Like:
- Can independently:
- Build a working AI feature
- Debug model behavior
- Improve outputs iteratively
