· Monitor equipment readings, work quality and completion of routine activities.
· Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams when issues arise.
· Maintain operating logs and shift handovers, and follow safety procedures.
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Science, or relevant operations experience.
· Experience coordinating operators or supervising an operating site.
· Positive record keeping, team communication and practical problem-solving skills.
