Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Now Technical Architect specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).

The ideal candidate should have strong technical architecture expertise in Service Now GRC/Integrated Risk Management (IRM), third-party risk management processes, enterprise integrations, and platform solution design.

The consultant will be responsible for designing scalable Service Now solutions, guiding implementation teams, and ensuring technical solutions align with business, risk, compliance, and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect enterprise Service Now GRC/IRM and TPRM solutions.

- Define technical architecture, solution design, integration approaches, and implementation standards.

- Lead the technical design and configuration of Service Now risk and compliance management capabilities.

- Support third-party risk assessment, vendor risk management, and compliance workflows.

- Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable Service Now solutions.

- Design and support risk assessment, control management, issue management, and compliance processes.

- Provide technical guidance to Service Now developers and implementation teams.

- Design and review integrations between Service Now and external enterprise applications.





- Guide the development of workflows, automation, business rules, and custom platform functionalities.

- Review technical deliverables for scalability, security, maintainability, and alignment with Service Now best practices.

- Troubleshoot complex technical and integration issues.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, and technical consultants.

- Prepare and maintain technical architecture documents, solution designs, and implementation documentation.

- Support solution testing, deployment activities, and post-implementation enhancements.

Requirements Required Skills & Experience

- 10–12 years of total and relevant experience in Service Now, with strong technical architecture expertise in GRC/TPRM.

- Hands-on experience architecting Service Now Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.

- Robust understanding of Service Now Integrated Risk Management (IRM).

- Experience with Service Now Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).

- Expertise in enterprise Service Now solution architecture, technical design, and implementation.

- Knowledge of risk assessments,



control management, compliance workflows, and issue management.

- Experience designing and implementing Service Now integrations with enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of Service Now platform configuration, customization, scripting, and workflow automation.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.

- Experience providing technical guidance to development and implementation teams.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Mandatory Certifications

- Service Now CAD – Certified Application Developer

- Service Now CIS-GRC – Certified Implementation Specialist, Governance, Risk and Compliance

Both certifications are mandatory for this requirement.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Service Now risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks.

- Knowledge of vendor risk assessments, third-party onboarding, and ongoing risk monitoring.

- Experience with Service Now Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

- Familiarity with Service Now REST APIs and enterprise integrations.

- Experience leading enterprise-scale Service Now implementations.

- Understanding of technical governance, security, and platform best practices.
