We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters with strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and contract staffing. The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, qualified networks, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to candidate coordination and onboarding.
- Handle IT recruitment requirements under C2H and contract staffing models.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile





- 2–7 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in C2H and contract staffing.
- Strong understanding of the C2H hiring model and contract recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, candidate coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment requirements effectively.
- Bachelor's or postgraduate qualification in a relevant or equivalent discipline.

Education: BCA, B. Sc., MBA/PGDM, BE/B. Tech, MCA, M. Tech, M. Sc. or equivalent
