Requirements
- Support the onshore Lead BSA by ensuring that all business requirements are clearly documented and aligned with the deliverables of the offshore development team.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Salesforce Personalization is essential.
- Support non-coding configurations in lower environments and validate solutions by simulating the activities and workflows of the marketing business in a production-like environment.
