Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP ISU-CRM / Customer Service Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP IS-U Customer Service and CRM operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting incidents, and providing effective solutions to ensure smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily SAP IS-U CRM/Customer Service operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide workarounds while root-cause analysis is in progress.
- Monitor and support SAP batch jobs and scheduling.
- Support SAP IS-U Customer Service/CRM integrations with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements.
- Handle incidents and support timely issue resolution.
Requirements Required Skills
- 3–4 years of hands-on SAP IS-U Customer Service/CRM experience.
- Robust understanding of SAP IS-U CS/CRM operations.
- Experience with production support and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SAP batch jobs and scheduling.
- Familiarity with SAP IS-U integrations.
- Understanding of incident management and root-cause analysis.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
