Description

We are seeking a Desktop L1 Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to desktop hardware and software.

Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for desktop issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Assist users with operating system and application issues.
- Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other support teams to resolve complex issues.
- Provide training and guidance to users on software applications.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or technical support role.




- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with common desktop hardware (printers, laptops, desktops, etc.).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Contract to Hire (6 - 12 months)
- 6 Days working in a week (24x7 Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week offs - As per business requirements)
- Any recent graduates (2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026)
- Certification in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Up-to-date Desktop Administrator Associate) is a plus.
