We are seeking an experienced Desktop / EUC Lead to oversee our desktop support operations in India. This role involves managing a team of support technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and implementing efficient desktop management practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Desktop Support and End User Computing (EUC) team.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of desktop systems and software.
- Ensure optimal performance and availability of desktop environments for all users.
- Develop and implement support processes to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices and new technologies.
- Monitor and report on service metrics and user satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Desktop Support or End User Computing roles.
- Robust knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Rotational Shifts 24x7 & Rotational Week Offs (Based on Business Requirements)
- 6 Days working in a week
