Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Test Engineer. This position is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in software testing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and enhance product quality.
- Participate in test case reviews and contribute to test strategy discussions.
- Conduct regression testing and ensure that new features do not break existing functionality.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA or Test Rail.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Java Script.
- Ability to write clear and concise bug reports and test documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
